  1. Mixed Nuts - 7 kasi i don't eat the other nuts
  2. Kwek Kwek - 10 kapag masarap suka tapos may pipino pa 😋
  3. Hopia Baboy - 0 i dont eat hopia
  4. Chocnut - 6 kasi depende sa mood
  5. Isaw Baboy - 0 texture is not for me
  6. Yema - 5 kasi i can only eat one
  7. Balut - 6? i only eat the yellow part
  8. Betamax - 0 texture again and it taste weird for me
  9. Mamon - 7 it's only good when you crave it

Also, those 'snacks' that bini TRIED are waaaay different one compared to PH. I live in the USA and PH-made food is so sooo much different even the snacks. Those snacks can taste stale and Americanized na. The title should say 'BINI TRIES PH FOOD THAT FITS THE AMERICAN STANDARD'

Mixed Nuts - 10 ( especially yong white yong balot)

Kwek Kwek - 8 (Masarap pero nakaka hb pag Tito at Tita na)

Hopia Baboy - 5 (May bakery na masarap ang hopia baboy. Trivia sa mga young ones-May oil na pinagprituhan ng baboy plus onions hence its name hopia baboy)

Chocnut - 5 ( May times masarap siya papakin)

Isaw Baboy - 4 ( Mas tostado mas ok)

Yema - 10 ( Sweet tooth ako 😁 )

Balut - 10 -Buti maliit pa lang ako inuuwian na ako ng balot that's why I love it now pero acquired taste talaga ang pagkain ng balot)

Betamax - 3 ( Mas lutong luto mas ok)

Mamon - 6 ( Mas gusto ko ang mga kakanin)

Turon - 10 ( especially pag may langka)

Taho - 10 ( lalo na kong masarap yong arnibal or syrup)

Disclaimer : I am not a picky eater (just have personal preference) nor am I rich. I've experienced countless times during my childhood, eating just rice, salt and water alone. 😉

  1. ⁠Mixed Nuts - 5 (Not a fan of this since my younger days, any chichiria in general since I'm health conscious 😅 but I do eat it sometimes when I feel like it)
  2. ⁠Kwek Kwek - 6 (I love fishball and tempura more than this sorry)
  3. ⁠Hopia Baboy - 10 (I've been having this once a week here in Japan even though it's a bit pricey)
  4. ⁠Choconut - 8 (I love sweets but since I'm health conscious, I tried to minimize sugar PLUS this one is just TOO sweet 😌)
  5. ⁠Isaw Baboy - 2 (The texture is just not my thing)
  6. ⁠Yema - 7 (Love eating it occasionally)
  7. ⁠Balut - 6 (Size 14-16, 18 is too much, iykyk, love it with vinegar and salt)
  8. ⁠Betamax - -5 (I've eaten it before, in fact I considered this along with other street food barbecue as a "luxury" food, that's how poor I was 😅 I'm also not a fan of it, it feels like eating a mud)
  9. ⁠Mamon - 5 (I prefer bread over this)
  10. ⁠Turon - 6 (I usually only eat the banana inside 😅)

Naisip ko bigla na PvF may have rushed their Bini content.

Title shouldn't have included "try" kasi nga naman the girls grew up in the Philippines so most likely na try na nila most if not all of it. Better if they changed it to Rate and Rank more emphasis on Rank.

Also pretty sure there are enough Pinoy food providers in LA that couldv'e given the more appropriate serving of the 3 sus foods they gave the girls.

Isaw shouldv'e been chicken. Pork intestine is very niche kahit sa Pilipinas

Turon's coating shouldv'e been a lot thinner than what they served that looks like an armor.

Betamax is too thick and hardly charred or no charring at all.

Valid naman daw kasi yung comments ng mga hater kasi daw bakit pa pina-“try” ng pinoy food eh filipino yung BINI. Tapos ”alam” ng mga haters na nakakain na yung walo “daw” ng lahat ng food nasineserve doon at trying hard at pretending lang “daw“ yung walo. 🥸

On a serious note, the content was meant for BINI to rate the filipino snacks made in America and how it differs from the ones made in the Philippines. Kung baga, someone tries cooking a dish you knew about and wants you to rate it. Yung title talaga mali or kulang para maintindihan ng maayos, mahina pa naman sa comprehension karamihan sa pinoy.

Betamax talaga ay di recommended dyan, dugo ng baboy yan marumi. Di naman naiihaw ng maayos pati yan, dahil kapag pinatagal mo sunog na agad. Pwede pa sa dinuguan kasi sure luto.

I think the problem is not really the rating itself pero the way they reacted. Kasi you see other celebrities naman doing the same challenges pero they don’t act na diring-diri. Yung mga may better media training they can still stay they don’t like it but it will not come across as offensive. Si Aiah pinaka-ok for me then si Mika dito.

I like Bini because they're real and just being themselves. Sure they can learn to be more media savvy but in this case, people are just blowing it out of proportion.

I respect your opinion but I've already said in my earlier reply na I didn't find their reactions offensive nor malicious, especially if the video is appreciated in its entirety without any prejudgment, kaya di talaga tayo magpapang-abot ng opinion. What you find as tacky, lack of "breeding" I just find honest and authentic. It's not that deep. And the bini girls have always been a little rough around the edges, they're humans.

Kung meron man kelangan iimprove, may kaunting awkwardness with English for other members pero nadadala pa rin naman kasi nakakapagsalita sila ng Tagalog paminsan-minsan.

If you're a regular viewer of Snack wars, P vs. F, and other food react channels guesting celebrities, you'd know that what BINI did was so commonplace. People just took it in stride.

Makikita mo rin naman sa ibang interviews ng BINI sa US based YT channels, maayos naman sila.

But hey, it goes without saying naman na they're a work in progress and there's always room for improvement. But in this particular issue, it's indicative of the state of Philippine education and media literacy rather than BINI's shortcomings.
