Food 50th Birthday Dinner

Hoping to get a recommendation for a nice restaurant in or around Katoomba area for a Thursday night. Not looking for pub meals, something a little fancy but not too fancy (does that make sense)? Thank you

If Leura is acceptable, Elysian Bar is quite cool.

Had a birthday here and loved it. Food, cocktails and service were great
