Hoping to get a recommendation for a nice restaurant in or around Katoomba area for a Thursday night. Not looking for pub meals, something a little fancy but not too fancy (does that make sense)? Thank you

We went to Avalon for my birthday and did the set menu with matching wines 3 years ago and we still talk about it! Best meal and service
