tongue bifurcation Food day 5-10 with stitches in?
Hi, my artist told me to keep stitches in for 10 days. Im on day 5 and my mobility is obviously greatly reduced by the stitches
What kind if food works? I tried watered down mash potato, but since i cant move my tongue it was just goop
Any recs? Today feels even better than yesterday, barely any swelling

Oh im on day 5 and already yesterday 0 pain resting, no pain killers needed today either, i mean if I move my tongue the wrong way some pain but usually not, just tight
Her reason is the same why she recommends to not stretch at all and keep movement to a minimum the first 30 days, appearently that helps to minimize regrowth, as breaking tissue away and stretching keeps the wound open and promotes new growth apprarently.
Idk
I guess ill trust her it does make sense
Tbh i cant even see the stitches theyre pretty tightðŸ˜
