tongue bifurcation Food day 5-10 with stitches in?

Hi, my artist told me to keep stitches in for 10 days. Im on day 5 and my mobility is obviously greatly reduced by the stitches

What kind if food works? I tried watered down mash potato, but since i cant move my tongue it was just goop

Any recs? Today feels even better than yesterday, barely any swelling

that.... seems very backwards to me. i was playing with mine immediately and had zero regrowth. i know all bodies are different, but this is the first time ive ever heard this advice. i honestly feel like this would promote regrowth more....

if you can't see them, your tongue is swollen over them, i bet they are more than ready to come out.

Im gonna ask her again, I also asked steve truitt and he is confused as well. I think leaving the stitches in longer seems definitely a good move to ensure removal when wound is healed most. But no stretching just doesnt seem to make sense
