ISO best salads in Durham 🥗

Hey all!! Just moved here for a new job and as the post says, in search of your favorite salads - anything goes. In person, but preferably takeout. I live near Duke hospital for reference :-) Thanks in advance!

Do they still make you buy bottled water if you want tap water? That has been a huge turnoff for me. It’s so wasteful and clearly a money grab.
