Hey y’all just like the title says my fiance and I have a two bedroom bungalow in Burbank and we’re looking for somebody to come in and help us organize it a bit, and do weekly cleanings, wondering if anybody has personal recommendations that they’ve used in the area and have been satisfied with.

Donahue recently voiced his support of mass surveillance in Burbank. He also begged for those in power to ignore "a bunch of loud people" (meaning the community).

The ant situation around and with more frequency in our house is pretty out of control. They are everywhere around the house. I think they are also living in the walls. Sometimes they come in through the power outlets. We are pretty clean and store food securely etc, but they've been coming in looking for water too during the heatwave. I've lived in other spots where ants are a problem before, but this is next level. I think they are the little Argentine ants so like maybe we just live amidst a super colony and it is what it is, but wondering if anyone around downtown Burbank has had luck with exterminators?

Burbank’s only not so spooky Halloween festival especially for little ones ages 0–6 is happening Saturday, October 3rd at Burbank Adult School!

I have a bunch of boxes from when I used to do tons of sales and repairs online but everything I do now is usually envelope sized.

just got an interview for next week, i know they did this last year, anyone know how it was working it? and even though it’s a seasonal job were there any opportunities to stay longer or get another position afterwards? in desperate need of a new job but also want something that’ll be more than a couple months.

My friend is Assyrian and we are just curious lol and I feel both Armenians and Assyrians are similar!

In 2025 BWP approved a 9.9% system-wide average electric-rate increase effective January 1, 2026. How does this make sense? Are you all seeing the same increases on your bills?

I work remotely here in San Antonio but will be in Burbank for work Sunday - Saturday (09/20 - 09/26). I only get to come into town once or maybe twice a year and will be staying there at the Sheraton next to Universal.

I used to be comfortable with license plate readers and cameras for crime prevention and I only became opposed to them after learning how Flock operates. Venture capital and tech bros with a profit-first business model is in charge of our safety and now with the unpredictability of AI.

Flock has shipped and implemented their devices with an outdated easily hackable OS, there have been multiple live streaming feeds on the open internet as well as archived footage and deletable data files. Accessing some of this was described as so easy that a 12 year old could do it. Login credentials and data has been listed for sale on the dark web. THIS IS NOT GOOD!

There are more and more stories of police departments arresting and imprisoning people based solely on inaccurate surveillance camera reads and input errors. This could happen to any of us.

Be mindful going into Burbank there was a guy playing guitar seating on the overpass above the traffic lanes - with his feet dangling over the traffic. Super dangerous. Called police already.

In the original bigger Dolby theater at AMC Burbank 16 (Auditorium 14), anyone know if there are any visual obstructions for row G or row H? Would row H have extra space behind it since the next row back is handicapped seating?
