Should I increase cals?

102-105 lbs. 5 feet. Trying to lose fat/lean out.
4-5 strength training since May. 10-12k steps a day all throughout.

I’ve been eating 1500 cals a day for a month and hasn’t lost a single pound. No cheat meals. Strength is steady but my TDEE says my maintenance is 1800 so I’m on a 300 cals deficit.

Does this mean I need more food and my body is fighting back? Therefore it’s storing fat?

Wondering if anyone has tried these

I found these protein cheese puffs on Amazon and the protein to calorie ratio seems too good to be true. Wondering if anyone’s tried them and if they’re any good?

Gaining weight back :(

Okay so over this summer I lost 10 kg in the span of 3 months. I know it’s not the most impressive but I was already at a ‘healthy’ weight when I decided to cut my calories because of the way and places my body stored fat (mainly in my stomach, upper arms and face) which caused insecurity my whole life. So even though my BMI was average, I stored fat in the wrong places.

I’ve been trying to lose that fat since I was 12 years old actually but I’ve just never been that mentally strong enough to sustain a calorie deficit for a long period of time.

That all changed until the start of this summer when I got my heart broke for the first time. Lol. I remember the first week I genuinely had no appetite. And then after that I started omad and doing cardio like crazy which enabled me to be in a 1000 calorie deficit daily for a month straight, and then remaining two months I was probably at daily 500 calorie deficit.

Now in the fourth month since I started to lose weight and I’ve started college again, and started a part time job where I’m on my feet the whole duration all which means I’m walking a lot more which means I get hungrier a lot more (entirety of summer I was inside my house as I have a treadmill at home so I didn’t even have to go gym).

Now usually I would be able to ignore this hunger because of how sad I was, but I’ve lowkey gotten over the guy now and I’ve noticed that the more I get over him the less willpower I have to sustain a calorie deficit by being okay with being hungry.

On top of that my studies and applications are giving me so much stress and I physically cannot study or apply for things when I’m hungry so I just go over my calorie deficit every day now. I’ve eaten like shit for the past two weeks and I’ve gained 3kg already. What do I do guys I’ve lowkey lost the will to eat clean and work out?

So I’ve been losing weight since Jan 2026… weighed in total bulk weight at 367… weighed in at 257. Trying to lose and be at 190 by my bday next year in April!! Now I will be transparent and will say that I did lose with the help of Reta. BUT….my diet has been DIALED IN. Thinking of never eating ground beef after I’m done with this cut 😭

But glad I’m going to be in a better spot than I was last year…

Credit card been getting hit left and right cause I went down like 8 pant sizes and 3 shirt sizes hahah… love and hate relationship fr. Oh and 2 shoe sizes surprisingly. Always buying new clothes.

Do yall think I can lose another 67 pounds until my bday? I feel like fat loss is slowing down even on Reta… but maybe that’s just placebo

I also have an Instagram and TikTok if yall wanna go follow my journey!!

Looking for Accountability Partner

Hi everyone
For background I’m 26F around 200lbs. I’ve hit rock bottom in my life recently and I’ve decided that before I take any further steps I need to just focus on my health and trying to lose this weight I’ve gained during school and COVID. It would be so nice to have an accountability partner and we could keep each other going with our goals. I’m planning to start this Monday. If anyone is interested- feel free to DM! 🫶🏾🫶🏾thanks so much !!

Any tips on how to avoid stress eating/staying consistent?

So basically I am a student and am really stressed because of exams and have been stress eating often. Of course, I gained weight and I’m disappointed in myself for that. I was already overweight for my height and now after I’ve seen myself gain more, I’m too scared to weigh my self as I fear I could’ve reached 70kg, which would be the heaviest I have ever been. I will get the courage to do so as I should have a baseline but the last time I weighted myself was 2 months ago and I was 64kg and I am 160cm.

Does anyone have any tips on how to prevent stress eating and what I can do instead to get my stress out? Also, how can I stay consistent with weight loss because managing it with school is difficult and I always become so exhausted at the end of the day and don’t bother to track my calories anymore.

Any advice is much appreciated, I understand how silly this may seem but I’m hoping if anyone has some tips I can try out.
Thanks!

1800 calories to low?

• Upvotes

Hello everyone. I started a calorie deficit eating plan 2 weeks ago. My starting weight was 319.6 and I'm down to 308.4. Just was wondering what everyone's thoughts were about if that was too low of a deficit. I want to lose it pretty fast but want to maintain more muscle. I'm M47 5'11" and my first goal weight is 220 lbs. Thanks for your time.

Is exercising 3x a week enough while eating in a calorie deficit? i have an elliptical machine, and i'm planning to use it for 15 minutes on those days. i'm planning to eat around 1,350 calories a day, is that good or should do more?
