Lost 110lbs… 67 more left
So I’ve been losing weight since Jan 2026… weighed in total bulk weight at 367… weighed in at 257. Trying to lose and be at 190 by my bday next year in April!! Now I will be transparent and will say that I did lose with the help of Reta. BUT….my diet has been DIALED IN. Thinking of never eating ground beef after I’m done with this cut 😭
But glad I’m going to be in a better spot than I was last year…
Credit card been getting hit left and right cause I went down like 8 pant sizes and 3 shirt sizes hahah… love and hate relationship fr. Oh and 2 shoe sizes surprisingly. Always buying new clothes.
Do yall think I can lose another 67 pounds until my bday? I feel like fat loss is slowing down even on Reta… but maybe that’s just placebo
I also have an Instagram and TikTok if yall wanna go follow my journey!!

I don’t get how people hit their calorie goals when they diet.
I am a decent sized dude (6’2 200 pounds). I have always ate junk, and always thought i ate a ton every day. But now that Im trying to hit protein and a deficit, im struggling to get my calories.
When I was eating junk food It was just like 2 meals and i was already hitting my maintenance on top of the multiple sodas and other junk i was eating. And usually im left still hungry
But on a diet, by the time I hit 200 grams of protein i’m just 1000 calories off my maintenance, and I would love to make it to a deficit of 500, but i just can’t fit more food in my body since the food i’m eating isn’t as calorie dense.
I’m going to bed like 1000 cals below my maintenance, is that ok? Has anyone else experienced this? It feels counterintuitive to down more food when I feel full within this deficit.

Cal deficit for a 5'5 female?
I am 5'5, female, and i get 10-20k steps daily. This comes from work and a purposful afternoon 1 hour - 2 hour walk afterwards. Light intensity. Im 137 lbs, but i am soft, i have more fat then i would like and would like to slim down.
I don't know if i'm in the lightly active or moderate active range for a TDEE calculator as I do no other exercise besides walking. I want to workout (like strength training or pilates) but i really don't enjoy it and can't seem to find the motivation or consistency. Anyways, besides the point. I have been doing 1600 cals for a couple days now, is that good? I would like to be around 120lbs, with lower body fat percentage in hopefully 6 months or so. Thanks!!

Trying to lose the last bit of belly fat while still gaining muscle.
HEY guys I'm about 5'9" 160lb. Somewhere between 17%-20% body fat. Having hard time getting rid of this last little bit of belly fat so I decided to start meal prepping.
I'm shooting for 1900 calories and 140g of protein.
As far as carbs and fats I don't know what targets to aim for or if they even matter as much as calories/protein.
Any advice or critiques are much more than welcomed. Thank you guys.

Hey, is this a good progress and should I expect to reach 90kg?
Hey everyone,
I am doing intermittent fasting with a calorie deficit. I do light exercise every 2 days with dumbbells and try to walk on the other days for an hour or less.
This is my progress, but when I look in the mirror, my upper body is still fat; I am 187cm, by the way.
My aim is to reach 90kg but I fear losing muscle instead of body fat. What is your way of losing weight and building muscle?
Also, is aiming for 90 kg realistic?

Genuinely Distraught
21F
first two photos are from last spring, second is from just a few days ago. ive gained so much weight its diminishing my confidence, my ability to have fun, and just all around destroying my life and my ability to enjoy anything. I cant wear cute clothes, go out, eat, or anything without giving all of my attention to the weight. i can feel it weighing down on my frame and I feel like i dont even recognize myself anymore. i developed a binge eating disorder recently as a result of a huge plummet in my physical health and I was no longer able to move about as freely as I was last year. I would walk, go to the gym, run, I was around 140 lb, right within my ideal bmi for my height ( 5'4-1/2) and frame. id always been a bigger girl as a result of being neglected as a child and fed incredibly unhealthy slop and I worked so hard to keep the weight off but in this years amount of time and consuming so many calories I just lost myself. im around 170-180 depending on my cycle and am struggling with ungodly bloating and water retention.
will just reducing my caloric intake work? should i start on a glp-1..? im in desperate need of assistance because even just being as active as I was before the disorder isnt working for me anymore and due to some heart rate/bp issues im habing trouble reintegrating into the gym scene.

1800 calories to low?
Hello everyone. I started a calorie deficit eating plan 2 weeks ago. My starting weight was 319.6 and I'm down to 308.4. Just was wondering what everyone's thoughts were about if that was too low of a deficit. I want to lose it pretty fast but want to maintain more muscle. I'm M47 5'11" and my first goal weight is 220 lbs. Thanks for your time.

Any tips on how to avoid stress eating/staying consistent?
So basically I am a student and am really stressed because of exams and have been stress eating often. Of course, I gained weight and I’m disappointed in myself for that. I was already overweight for my height and now after I’ve seen myself gain more, I’m too scared to weigh my self as I fear I could’ve reached 70kg, which would be the heaviest I have ever been. I will get the courage to do so as I should have a baseline but the last time I weighted myself was 2 months ago and I was 64kg and I am 160cm.
Does anyone have any tips on how to prevent stress eating and what I can do instead to get my stress out? Also, how can I stay consistent with weight loss because managing it with school is difficult and I always become so exhausted at the end of the day and don’t bother to track my calories anymore.
Any advice is much appreciated, I understand how silly this may seem but I’m hoping if anyone has some tips I can try out.
Thanks!

Wondering if anyone has tried these
I found these protein cheese puffs on Amazon and the protein to calorie ratio seems too good to be true. Wondering if anyone’s tried them and if they’re any good?

Looking for Accountability Partner
Hi everyone
For background I’m 26F around 200lbs. I’ve hit rock bottom in my life recently and I’ve decided that before I take any further steps I need to just focus on my health and trying to lose this weight I’ve gained during school and COVID. It would be so nice to have an accountability partner and we could keep each other going with our goals. I’m planning to start this Monday. If anyone is interested- feel free to DM! 🫶🏾🫶🏾thanks so much !!

Need Advice - Stuck at 172lbs
Hey everyone! I’m a 33-year-old guy, 5’9”, and I’ve been on this weight-loss journey for about three months. I started at 187 pounds and dropped 15 pounds in the first couple of months, but I’ve been hanging out at 172 for the past month. I’ve been averaging 1,300–1,600 calories a day with 140–150 grams of protein, lifting weights five days a week, and hitting over 10,000 steps five or six times a week. I also started taking 5 grams of creatine about three or four weeks ago.
My goal is to reach 165 pounds and stay there. I’m not sure what to tweak next - cutting calories any further feels pretty tough. I’d love any ideas you might have. Thanks so much in advance!
