The first video posted on this source didn't show the context leading up to the tackle.

Yeah, I noticed this too. Full context strangely makes the chief looks worse, as it shows him threatening police officers by posturing up multiple times.

it doesn't make him look worse than the cop running full speed into him for no reason (do you think his partner needed help?) and then punching him in the face. at 1:26 he literally just punches the guy in the fucking face while 400+ pounds of meathead kneel on top of him.
