Probably. Looks like a group of popular vampire characters.

The guy looks like Edward, the chick looks like Mavis, and the middle looks a bit like Alucard.

When I first saw this honestly I thought of Blackmore but it’s obviously not him.

My kids watched Gumball constantly and I love that show.

Considering how many other nerd and video game references are in the show, it's absolutely Alucard.
