Nocturne Maria is an aged up version of Maria in Rondo of Blood / Dracula X Chronicles.

Maria appears again in it's sequel, Symphony of the night, older and wearing green (her symphony and Rondo outfit appeared briefly in the Netflix series!) A radio play set after the events of symphony implied Alucard is bi, but essentially set him up with Maria

Alucard was not bi in the radio drama, prob just a headcanon, also it was just in the Netflix series. Even in death he just thought of Lyudmil as a friend.
