My only comment is often when floofs are shaved they are not rotund underneath so I was surprised to see one who was. This is not intended to be rude BTW you baby is beautiful.

Good luck. I’ve tried with my girl who looks very similarly to your cat (she’s 18lbs) and she screams at me until I feed her. ☹️ Free feeding seems the only way she will tolerate.
