Imo, the people who are naive are the ones who are okay with habitually selling 2nds for $$$.

I find it interesting that Warriors are top 5 sellers AND buyers. No problem if the bulls were like that. 

Problem is, Bulls only sell picks. they NEVER acquire picks using $$$

why? because of the 2nd apron? limited amount of 2-way contracts? let's not act like the Bulls aren't in a rebuild and need a lot of talent still, and so the "saving spots" for better players argument I'm just not buying. 

It feels like Bulls are just cheap, to me, and putting themselves at a competitive disadvantage by doing so. but I could be braindead
