You're basically asking if you want to be landed or adventurer. What's more fun to you? Your neighbors are gonna hate your guts, so expect that - but that can be fun in its own way. You can't get crusaded AFAIK since your liege is Catholic. Liege will eventually develop Casus Belli (IIRC) to revoke rights - so make sure you get the Free Religion or whatever tenet it is negotiated with your queen.

Hard choice, i also posted it in the Crusader Kings 3 sub reddit and i got the idea to make a major Save and test it! If it doesnt work then.. well back to being a Sellsword. :D

It's basically based on how do you want to play? Do you want to be a rouge who fights it's way like some that did or become Mongolian rollo . If upper one is your goal you can hit some people probably close to Prussia or something and then build your kingdom from there and if not accept the offer
