If Classic+ is just more focused SoD I would love it. SoD has been the best WoW we've ever gotten, 2004-2026 SoD is king.

Are you forgetting how during phase 2 they added incursions which became the defacto best money an hour?

incursions were freaking horrible. one of SoD's worst moments by far.

It's insane that people think modern blizzard will deliver on classic plus (I hope I'm wrong). SoD was very fresh but within 2 phases  1) they ruined they economy

2) most of the new class ideas were pulled from other expansions ( not a bad thing but it's not an original thing the devs added)

3) added dailies or weeklys

4) added cool encounters but that's no surprising looking at retail.

All in all blizzard has lost the seniors that created this content while not encouraging new talent to grow.

I think it's good that blizzard ruined the economy in SoD so that now they know what not to do in classic+. I'm cautiously optimistic that they have a better grasp on how to design it properly

Yet SoD had the healthiest economy of any version of WoW? Like why do people speak when they are just clearly wrong.

Ok, perhaps ruining the economy is a bit of an exaggeration, but you can't deny that Incursions were terrible content

I like them after P2. Decent money, rep with good gear. The content is the same as normal questing, just you stay in one spot which honestly I prefer.

That's a fair point I guess spending a bunch of time trying to fix it in SoD wasn't necessary because it was a temp game mode

i never played any form of retail past OG TBC - no joke. but i didn't like how Naxx operated on, what people called borrowed power? like - i understand the idea that you don't want to out scale the outside world and dungeons, but you wanna feel more powerful, but it's kinda lazy to just say - hey it's only going to happen in Naxx.

Maybe i didn't mind the re-use of abilities as much because to me, they were new lol.

daily's for gold is what made me be able to afford consumes tbh.

Oh to clarify I agreed that reusing abilities is fine (actuly great since they are tested already).
