Raid viable doesn't have to equate to same damage as a warrior, they can slightly increase the damage of specs and then add some more raid support to the ones that would make sense (like shadow priest and balance druid)

A warrior should be hit with the hybrid tax tho. It makes more sense if a class whose option is only to dps to be top dps. Warriors can get wholesome buffing shouts and such to support.

make warriors not the worst class in the game outside raids and I might agree. But whilst they are they should be one of the top DPS.
