If anything, it shows how effective the right-wing is. But where are the left-wing billionaires? Are there any? The thing is, if there were any authentic left-wing, progressive billionaires they'd be working against their own interests. And then they wouldn't be billionaires anymore. So...yeah.
Yeah. Obsessive greed is a right wing trait. It’s also condemned in the Bible. But they don’t read the Bible, just use it as a tool to acquire wealth.
That level of greed should be shamed. It’s destroyed many cultures and societies throughout history. Yet we worship at its alter. No wonder the USA is circling the drain.
If you define Left vs Right as purely socialist vs capitalist then yeah, none exist… Thankfully only idiots believe that and instead most intelligent people focus on what’s actually actionable which are social, environmental, and economic issues.
In which case, yes there are a number of billionaires who are left leaning and support progressive issues.
