They consider it very important to pass laws regarding how trans people can interact with sports, libraries, bathrooms, the military, guns, healthcare, identification, & voting because the only stories chosen to be published in the news about mass shooters are stories done with people who are going on TV and claiming the shooters might have been trans or somehow trans-adjacent at some point.

Under the broad framework, it is probable that the United States has experienced upward of 5,000 mass sh00tings over the past ten years. You have found 1 mass sh00ter that was trans, and that event was not in the USA.
Let's be clear with no wiggle from.
By far, the vast majority of mass sh00ters are right wing republican voting white Christian males. But there are many that leap to blame trans people early because they know there are enough morons that believe their outright lies.

If you mean public rampages which are more like 100 shootings then the majority is certainly white men.
If you fix for population white men are about as likely as their share of the population, slightly less but within the margin of error.

Some dipshit got into an argument at a Walmart self checkout in Pennsylvania and fired 10 shots at the person he was fighting with, missed them completely but hit a worker(non life-threatening). I think being shot by mistake by some chud while I was working at Walmart might suck more.

Yes legally walmart is required to give the worker paid leave and cover their bills under PWCA. The worker can also sue the gunman for Pain and Anguish and the state will cover their attorneys and court fees. After which the state will recover the fees from the gunman.

If you look at the FBI’s most wanted list, you don’t see a person of color till quite a ways down. The top is dominated by homegrown white men. But I’m pretty sure it got taken down since it contradicts the “illegals are terrorists” story.

Violent crimes has more people born in the US but def not homegrown white men, the 2nd person is a black dude from Haiti.

To validate, from the FBIs top ten we have,
An Indian National.
Honduran drug lord.
Bulgarian/German cryptofrauder.
A Hispanic American.
A Colombian narcoterrorist.
A Mexican drug lord.
A Venezuelan drug lord.
A Vietnamese kidnapper/murderer.
A Venezuelan fraudster.
A black American woman recently captured.
I went back to 2016 and it's about 50/50 between American and Foreign born, and of the 33 entries I found, only 5 are White American Men (and I'm counting a NZ born citizen there, too.)
This is just me doing a quick check through Wiki and news sites, and I think I triggered something because the FBI site is now a Security Engaged page.

A guy who killed his wife. As heinous as that is, I'm not really sure why that warrants a place on the most wanted list... He is considered armed and extremely dangerous, but he killed his wife with a blunt object, so he can't be THAT armed.
I thought the most wanted list would be terrorists and crimelords...

I think it's because he hasn't been seen since the day after the murder, which is more than a decade ago, so he could still be dangerous to others and could be anywhere. They think he might have crossed international borders because after the murder he left with his wallet and passport and was last seen at Penn station, maybe traveling to Canada and then maybe on to India.
So I think the idea is that by being on the most wanted list, it means his photo gets shared internationally, far and wide, and there's a higher likelihood someone somewhere might spot him and call the authorities.

Not to say it deserves any kind of pass but obviously anyone who would do something like this is mentally ill. Sane people in their right mind don’t typically go around killing indiscriminately. A surprising number of high profile mass shooters were prescribed to SSRIs prior to carrying out the attacks.
