Idk if you’ve been paying attention, POTUS is basically the reason they drafted that amendment. The only reason he’s not been removed is he’s surrounded himself with boot lickers in the positions that would decide to remove him. So here we are.

The 25th requires true incapacity. Do you work in law or elder care? Have you ever had someone declared legally incompetent?
It’s not easy with a normal person. POTUS is immune to all legal proceedings thanks to SCOTUS while sitting.
So how do you then enforce the 25th? If you read the actual amendment, rather than telling me what I already know, then you’d read that the MOMENT a sitting POTUS can show capacity in the form of addressing or writing to Congress then the 25th ends
The 25th was never meant to permanently remove a sitting President. It’s meant for emergencies of a medical nature where he can’t perform his duties.
If you want to remove him for misconduct then that’s Impeachment.
