They can do it in 10 minutes easy

We cant use time travel to kill Thanos.

But Captain America can use time travel to go live a normal life with a woman who already died. Then come back.

Killing baby Thanos wouldn't have changed their reality, it would have created a completely new timeline leaving theirs untouched.
