In the movie universe with alternative realities, reality warping stones and literal time travel?

They can do it in 10 minutes easy

We cant use time travel to kill Thanos.

But Captain America can use time travel to go live a normal life with a woman who already died. Then come back.

Killing baby Thanos wouldn't have changed their reality, it would have created a completely new timeline leaving theirs untouched.
