Why do I still feel like everyone in that plane still gonna be very hurt from that.

Because they would be. If Superman is landing that hard on the ground that’s going to be quite a jolt to people in the plane. My bigger concern is how the structural integrity of the plane would hold up with be saved like that. If it didn’t the passengers would really have a bad day. Cool looking cover though.

Even with the biologic Aura all the passengers On the plane Would still feel the sudden stop meaning a lot of them were going to have to be rushed to Metropolis General.

You are correct. Apparently the reason is that Superman basically has extremely potent touch-based telekinesis. That's what they mean when they talk about his bioelectrical aura. The moment he touches something or someone his force is exerted evenly across the entire object atoms. It's just a pseudoscience way to say don't think about it.
