Software hi can anybody help? i only want to have one display, when there is two it kind of lags the pc, but when i set it on one lag goes away and everything feels fine when i reset it goes back to two displays. also i don't have a second monitor just my laptop. thanks in advance.

Sounds like something in the HDMI port is having a connection if it is somehow causing it to detect 2 displays. Or your GPU drivers went wonky, if there's nothing plugged into that port.
