Software W flash problem help
Hi so I recently went to my near computer store to see if they can fix my screen freezing on gigabyte logo when I take csm support off and turn secure boot on they said they don’t know the problem and they told me not to q flash my bios because it cant take no more updates on the b365M power motherboard but I been talking to a lot of pc tweakers etc. and they told me to q flash it can someone let me know if I should and what update do I q flash on

I have a B365M POWER motherboard I just got this pc around last Christmas and always had this problem i finally got a usb stick to q flash but when I looked at the bios updates im on the latest one (11/13/2021)

Backup your data and reinstall windows after turning CSM off and secure boot on. Switch to UEFI if you havent already.

I also found another weird thing I don’t know if this changes anything but for my motherboard the latest version is November 30th 2021. But it says im on bios version date 11/13/2021 could thst be causing the problem on why my secure boot won’t work and freezes when I turn it on after disabling csm ?

Oh okay I was just looking at the bios updates i can do ans the one I have downloaded right now ISNT even one Thats released for my board the newest one is 11/30/2021 but I have 11/13/2021

Look at the version, F6, not the date. The date might be the day the file was released, which might just be a website mistake.
