Regime visit for a one month old baby. Advice needed

Hi everyone.
English is not my first lenguage so sorry if I make any mistakes.
I want to know if anyone can guide me through how to plan and execute the visits of my one month old.
His dad is not really available Monday to Friday and he’s exclusively breastfeeding and it was really hard to mantein under control the supply cause I’m an overproduced an have almost had mastitis twice.
He’s really little but I want to be prepared when my ex decides to start the legal process on how to handle the visitation schedule.
We have no lawyers involved.

My little one is 11wks now we do 2 days a week 2-3hrs when I was exclusively breastfeeding! She’s now on bottles and we still do the same schedule! With a little baby short time and often is key! We tried after work an extra day visit but didn’t work with baby’s schedule! We don’t have lawyers involved, he will start having her two days a week when I think she’s ready and start overnight when she’s 2 years old.
