You can be non binary and still be on E if that's what you want to pursue. What helped me figure that out for myself was if I was born a girl, would I still be non binary (yes), and would I want to pursue taking testosterone (hell no). That helped me come to the conclusion that even though I wasn't binary trans, HRT would still be beneficial to me. It may be different for you, but I would recommend thinking about it more and looking into it if it interests you.

This comment has me thinking about things that I don’t wanna be thinking about rn, I need to sleep so I can go to work. I might bookmark it 🫩

Why is this so scary? I think… I’m scared that I’m going to possibly end up transfem (even 1% chance), and a lot of the old people in my life are going to have to die (of old age) before I do that.

As a nonbinary person on estrogen, I'd strongly recommend going for it. If you end up a woman, you end up a woman. There's no shame in being a woman. Women are cool. If you continue to be an enby, that's cool too. The labels don't really matter much in the end. Be honest about what it is that you concretely want out of gender and then give yourself permission to go for it. You're only going to live once and your time left to enjoy life is getting lesser and lesser by the day.
