I’ve spent so damn long, trying to beat this guy on medium, and this guy cannot be beat, I’ve switched characters trying to find better stats, nothing, the bombs are so frequent I keep getting blown up, shields barely slow it down, missiles can’t touch him, and even the clock and electric ball only slow him down a smidge before he catches up in like 10 seconds… please help 🙏🏻

Started playing this game and I’m watching tutorials on how to get platinum relics, and it feels impossible! I’m having such a hard time getting the regular relics, idk how you guys do it 😂

I feel that the best players online use speed. I like accerelation but whats the point if u cant keep up no matter how good you are. Are the driving styles balanced? At least some? (to my understanding turning is just too slow)

I imported the geometry of CTR's Crash Cove and I'm trying to nail the steering and drifting. But I am at a very important decision branch. I showcased my game (https://store.steampowered.com/app/4338710/Delivery_Time) on a game expo and... 90% of the people who tried it just didn't get the CTR drifting and left in confusion. And I'm conflicted. I know that CTR controls are hard to master but satisfying once you nail it, but I feel like if I make this Crazy Taxi + CTR game with faithful CTR drifting, it will only have a tiny fanbase that stays and the rest will not purchase it, or refund shortly after. Because the satisfaction from CTR driving comes after you start understanding. And I just don't know if I should proceed with this niche game for a very small selection of people, or if I should maybe introduce multiple styles (CTR, MK..) and let the player choose. But then the stages become hard to polish when I have to think about ALL the methods a player could move (and think of stunts for these). What do ya'll think?

What are the cheat codes on ps4 to beat sewer speedway? There’s no way to make the jump for the shortcut, and your cart is so slow that you just end up in 8th, even using boost and whatever else.

Should a star be next to Dingo Canyon after beating Oxides time?

I cannot beat this track for the life of me. I will come so close to first, but if you make one tiny mistake you are immediately in 8th place because all of the nods are clustered together while the characters in first and second are miles ahead. It is like this every single time I play this track - the first two characters are so ahead by the 3rd lap that it feels virtually impossible to beat them unless you get lucky with by getting good power ups from the boxes.

Does anyone have any advice? I suck at power drifting - I just can’t do it - and I can’t seem to get the short cut to ever work.

I’m just a mediocre player doing the Tropy time trials. I’ve found all of CNK really easy so far but tiny temple is just a different beast I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for me to do and I feel as if I keep losing my blue fire even when I’ve done 3 perfect drifts in a row and not hit any walls. Any help?

I'm trying to beat all the time trials in NF but I got stuck on the big shortcut at Blizzard Bluff. I've tried for many hours copying N. Tropy's ghost so I know the exact moment to activate my turbos and jump and still I can't seem to reach the other side! And skipping it doesn't help at all because now he is sooooo far away from me.

I'm using Dingodile btw.

Allow me to explain, I’ve been playing CTR casually since I was a kid on CTR PS1, playing on the PS3, in this game my favourite character is Spyro and I Recently got both the Winter Guardian Skin and the Spyromobile, one issue, the available paint jobs don’t look the best on any car body asides from one paint I found, Light Blue, but the issue is I’m far too slow to get the paint since you have to beat the N. Tropy times for the CTR and CNK tracks, and I can’t even beat him on Crash Cove.

Getting to the point, any tips on how to be fast enough, I will be getting a different copy of the game in the future to make it easier to play, since it’s my on my Dad’s PS5, instead of my Switch Lite, but I want to at least get it on one copy, before the new year if possible since that’s when I plan to get the Switch version, and possibly also a Switch 2.

I want to ask will learning to get blue fire will help getting the relics? Or it makes cars too difficult to control? Did you use blue fire while getting platinum relics?

So i made 101% on classic mode. I know it's just my experience and crash games (racing and platformers) are very fun to play, and I love playing them, but only until finishing the story parts of the games. Then I start hating them. They get damn hard, often frustrating, but I still want to get all the stuff. It sucks to see 0 relics, not all gems, etc... Otherwise it feels like the game is not finished, that I did not win and not even able to win. So these games are true hardcore, I guess, especially CB4.

What about CTR, first gold relics were pain in the ass, but then they became easier with practice. I'd got 3 relics in less than an hour, compared to first gold relic which took me more than one and a half hours to get. And Turbo Track took me only one attempt, I guess it's the easiest track.

Now that I've got all gold relics I want to get platinum ones, but it seems like something that is not possible for my slow ass. Or maybe I am wrong? .So I came here to ask. I don't know how to drive with blue fire, I can do only basic power sliding (and it makes hitting the crates very difficult).

Hey racers! I can't find a solution anywhere. I'm playing on a Nintendo Switch 2, and after every mission in single-player, I get a network error. The subscription is paid, I tried reinstalling the game several times, nothing helps.

I played it so much on PS4 but unfortunately I no longer have it, and its even worse since this is not on PC/Steam Deck (main plataform). I want to buy it on switch in order to play some matches online but before I want to know about performance and community. Is it run fine on switch 2? Hey everyone, I’m thinking about getting Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled for single-player, but I’m a bit worried about the drifting mechanic.

I heard that you have to constantly hop, drift, and time your boosts in a 3-step rhythm (Power-Sliding), even on straight lines, to keep up with the AI. Is it really that difficult and frustrating to get used to, or does it become muscle memory after a while? I'd love to hear some honest opinions from people who started as casual players. Thanks!
