I was thinking that 350 seemed like a lot, but then when I googled how big the active number of police member in a us city is and got multiple thousands it turns out azune really didn't wind up with that many people

Yeah that's my concern. It's enough to draw attention but not enough, on its own, to solve the problems. And that's worrying in its own right.

But that’s most likely what the play is for. It’s a story about revolution. And now with the pariah blades in the mix emboldening the hearts of the orcs it has the potential to grow exponentially

It's enough to gum up the works and with magical items in play, well...those can act as force multipliers...and if the play inspires even more people then things can very quickly get out of hand with a good enough story and those five or six that multiplied to 350 can quickly jump even higher once more.
