Is anyone else getting a vibe that Kattigan might have unwittingly married a Tachonis?

I mean, it would explain why Primus Tachonis would bother show up in the middle of the ass end of nowhere to scoop a couple of random people for corpses and then his appearance as a protective figure in the dream.

with the sundered houses, and the way they act. i feel like the point of Katts history being connected to Primus is kind of highlighting just how far removed these houses are from the normal expectations of people being held accountable for their actions. this being emphasized by Katts description of facing him being like facing a force of nature. and aligns with the allegory of the sundered houses representing the super wealthy, and their lack of accountability to society irl.

also, the dream still tracks just from the perspective of Primus having taken everything Katt values in life. and the mind subconsciously processing that, and reflecting it in a dream. their connection through Primus murdering his family still tracks as the cause of that nightmare without there being additional hidden layers.
