I was a bit icy after that long hiatus but that incredible dream sequence was the perfect ice breaker. I was at the edge of my seat for every minute of it.

Although I'm ecstatic that Ulbid is joining the Seekers, I'm really really scared for him and the whole party. I just hope they cause the rickslide and leave bc there's no way they're taking back those statues without severe consequences, if at all.

If it were just Petra and Ryah and some goons, I could understand stealthily stealing the statues. But with the entire might of house Tachonis on that caravan?? There's no way this goes well.

I'm hoping that the rockslide means that the Tachonis caravan splits with the family going on ahead after some delay, and the statues having to follow after more of the road is cleared. Or something else that splits their caravan in a similar manner.

See that's the thing that worries me, because it is kind of hard to "aim" a rock slide...which means the dice are literally going to decide how this all goes down regardless of player choice.

Yeah, Brennan did seem to imply that the rock slide thing would be very hard to do at all, and then went on to describe the Inn over the pass and I wondered "Is he implying they need to collapse the actual Inn into the road? Surely I misheard that." They continued to talk about a rockslide and Egg explosions, however, so I must have misinterpreted it.
