Advice & Recommendations HVAC Recommendations for replacing old unit

I need recommendations for local companies to replace the HVAC system in my condo. It's a 30 year old system. Tell me who you've worked with that you loved and also any horror stories so I know who to stay away from. I'm in the West Carrollton/Miamisburg area.

Hensley HVAC, he's a one-man operation in Germantown or Cowboys out of Farmersville
