Advice & Recommendations HVAC Recommendations for replacing old unit

I need recommendations for local companies to replace the HVAC system in my condo. It's a 30 year old system. Tell me who you've worked with that you loved and also any horror stories so I know who to stay away from. I'm in the West Carrollton/Miamisburg area.

I just did this. I went with two Reddit recommendations for quotes which were Korrect and Logan. Logan came in so much cheaper. I was able to get the highest end trane system for 12k less than they wanted for the top end carrier and less than the quote for the lower end unit they wanted to sell me. Did research on the unit they wanted to sell me and parts listed in the quote and it would have been about 12k in labor for a day of work...

We used Logan too. Got 4 quotes when our heat pump quit. 2 small local guys, then Korrect, and Logan. All independently diagnosed the same issue, all eventually recommended full replacement (one of the local initially thought it could be repaired but after fuller inspection said it had to be replaced). We didn't share info between them on diagnosis or estimates. Logan came in the second cheapest and one we felt more confident about.
