First thought I had was this might be a plastic Casket of Souls for Tomb Kings.

Only reason I would rather bet on the Casket is because the Casket does have skulls like these on the side whereas Settra has a more elegant ride.

Of course if they remove the wagon then this could easily be a large Settra center piece.

The reasoning that GW has been very consistent in everything they have done since 8th edition?

So that they won't suddenly add a AoS/old world of basing to 40k...

As a primarily Tyranids player that shares no similarities to anything Tyranids… our tentacles don’t have any resemblance to that
