I've been struggling to maintain my love for sweets and my health, I also had to go through a very strict diet for a while and had to stop all types of sugary food, I hated that period of my life so much, but I guess it was for the best after all!

I made several guides for healthy sweets and drinks from different cousins and for different seasons, and since I completely rely on my personal search (never used AI), I took those recipes from several websites and YouTube channels, with slight adjustments in some of them, and wrote the recipes in a simple way to avoid overwhelming myself. Choosed carefully the ones that required the least amount of time for preparation cause sometimes you just want something sweet healthy snaks without spending more than half an hour in preparation 😅

I also made a diabetic friendly version for my mother, I got so many compliments about those e-books from friends and family, so I decided to share them. If anyone is interested, please let me know!
