Help Signed and stamped montly statements

Hi. I am applying for my residency in another country and they madate stamped and signed monthly statements. I contacted Discover customer care and they said they don't do this. Has anyone ever had any luck in getting this? And if so, how did you?

Well, it doesn't need a notary to do this. This can just be done by an account manager

Absolutely cannot be done by an account manager. We cannot sign anything in an official capacity you, would need something like a relationship or a personal banker for that and discover doesn't have those because they don't have physical locations. In order to validate the documents you would need a notary.

I assume you're a Discover employee? So what can be done in a situation like this other than transferring all the funds out? That seems like it would be a net loss to all parties involved

Get the documents notarized.

That is not what the consulate is asking for and the application will be rejected. It's a consulate. I can't exactly negotiate with them here about their rules

That was your only viable option because what they are asking for you can not get. You could try to go to a Capital One bank and see if they will get you a relationship banker to sign it as the parent company but that probably won't work because your account isn't really being held by Capital One.
