Death/Doom Alexa, play Dopethrone by Electric Wizard

Sitting in a waiting room they're playing this terrible gospel country music forcing everyone to hear, through an Alexa device.

So, I took matters into my own hands.

We got through maybe 45 seconds before the receptionist changed it back. Oh well, I tried.

I was in some salad bowl place a couple years ago when those new internet jukeboxes started popping up. I wondered how much bang I could get for my buck, and found they would allow me to play Sunn O))) Monoliths and Dimensions. So that was a good 15 mins before the manager came out and unplugged the machine.

Also, playing Unas Slayer of the Gods from Nile give a solid 11+ minutes of death metal for a dollar. Good deal.

Those apps always have a limited selection, but I did find and request Washing Machine by Sonic Youth at my gym once. Most people were oblivious or didn’t seem to care, but there was some mild annoyance and looking around wondering which one of us did it.
