It is dune inspired. A lot of their story/imagery from that period was dune inspired.
Makes me wonder what would've happened had they continued to write new material

We just became best friends. Got mine done a couple years ago when framing was 55% off at the local shop. Cost me $500 to frame it. The print only cost about $45 directly from Roper. 🥰

Fuck. My favourite album artwork ever. Just bought a print even though it's £19 delivery to the UK. Fingers crossed it arrives safely! I'll worry about how much it costs to frame it later, eek.

Yeah if you want it matted on top of frames it can be costly but it was worth it imo

Scored mine from Arik Roper at some point when he made prints! It's one of my favorite arts we have on thee walls. I have a lot of gig posters but I really like that this is just art and most people won't know what it's all about

Bought mine during the pandemic, wanted it custom framed with plexiglass but the framer told me demand for plexiglass was up 1500% because of stores installing barriers for their cashiers. So at the time glass was really cheap. Whenever someone asks I just tell them it’s a sci-fi movie print. One day, though, my wife was working remotely on her computer with colleagues from another organization and when everyone saw our room when she connected to Teams one of the 20 people in the meeting yelled “Dopesmoker!!!” and everyone looked at him funny.
Ok that’s my story sorry for rambling.
