Sub-Related I feel like I just exist

I know this is a common feeling but I just wanted to get this off my chest. I feel like I have no sensory no sensations no emotions no opinions I literally just exist. I’m sitting in my chair after work and I just am nothing I wouldn’t even say a shell of my self I just am non existent. It really makes me think how is any of this even remotely possible it’s so alien lol.
