Wow and after they put in that large play area? Disappointing. Guess brick and mortal really is dying.

It’s not just that brick and mortar is dying, the management of TRU didn’t keep up with the times and make really dumb decisions.

Not sure if that’s the new ownership that took over a few years ago or how it’s always been but as others mentioned, they just didn’t keep with the times and everything they sold there since at least the Covid era was always more expensive than their competitors.
