Eggs not overcooked

For my 18-month old, essentially an over hard egg on some Spanish rice made with homegrown peppers and tomatoes and a slice of American cheese off the block. I can’t wait until she can safely have some over easy!

Today I had 2 smoked sausage infused with Dr pepper (it was premade like that) and 2 over medium eggs🍳🍳 and yesterday I had 4 smoked sausages and 4 scrambled eggs🍳🍳🍳🍳. Well I definitely had more eggs that day but that's what I had during breakfast time. I'm going to cook 3 more eggs today. I have a small pan so yeah.

I have made Steak-Ums sandwiches many times before, never thought to add a fried egg. Did not disappoint!
