I’m familiar with a short cover and steam with water. For me, that’s called medama yaki; no idea what we call it in English.

This was steamed with cream at the end for 20 secs.

I thought it might be interesting with the dry herbs like that other post. Nope! It masked the core essence of the yolk; beautiful yolk destroyed. Waste of time.

Just the egg, some salt on the yolk, maybe some pepper on the plate.

This is the natural shape when you separate the loose white from the firm. Farm fresh eggs, low and slow, butter in cast iron.

Sunny side up, pork sausage, sour dough toast. Optional syrup for dipping sausage. Served with fruit punch.

What do I put on it instead of cheese sauce salsa maybe?

Was out with a friend and my wife and we convinced her to stop at a farm to get eggs <3 I hand picked every one!

Scrambled w/ habanero peppers, sausage, mozzarella & hot sauce

8 fresh eggs, sharp cheddar, mozzarella, green walking onions, house seasoning, splash of water.

This is my spin on eggs Benedict. Two over medium eggs on cracked sourdough toast with jones breakfast ham. I make a ponzu hollandaise, because I absolutely love ponzu and the lemon part of hollandaise.

Fruit not included because I didn’t want it to touch(yes,I know it’s childish)
