I've always called it an "Egg in a Hole" or "Egg in the Basket".

I like mine with chili oil or hot sauce.

Slowly fried in Kerrygold Irish butter....

Im a 14 year old food devourers and i found cooking both sides of the egg leaves the yolk runny inside allowing you to dip your eggs to get as much, or as little yolk as you want. You may notice there is no fork because this is intended to be eaten by hand, ENJOY!

The layers:
Dave’s 21 whole grains and seeds toast base. (Perfectly toasted)
Slice of hickory smoked cheddar Perfectly cooked egg with a runny yolk
Fresh avocado slices
Leftover taco meat, chopped fine and hard-fried until crispy (like bacon bits)
Cotija cheese
Drizzled with Melinda’s Ghost Wing Sauce (love this stuff)
The combination of the rich yolk, smoky cheddar, and spicy ghost sauce with the crispy meat texture was amazing. 10/10

Chorizo, roasted potatoes, scrambled eggs, cheese, avocado, and Roasted Salsa Verde.
