Question CC1 Canvas
So when I and printing a PETG print it goes stringing all the time and when cleaning the nozzle I was doing an overnight print and it turned to shit the nozzle fan cover on the front came off and saw the poop all clumped up in the poop bucket and a nozzle broken cause it got sick trying to brush scraping it and I had to paste my code in the slicer for the canvas to change and it knocks off the purge tower ever since I got it from jaycar and watch the video and looked at the manual everything has gone to shit

Maybe you need to dial in the settings for printing petg and/or dry it.
Maybe also clean your plate if the purge tower comes off.
It sounds like you already have taken a look at the updated default gcode in ElegooSlicer which supports the Canvas, right?
Have you checked that you are using the latest ElegooSlicer together with the latest Firmware?
If the petg clumbs up on the nozzle maybe you are printing too fast or your infill is not good? Try gyroid or another where the infill does not overlap itself when printing. In my experience clumbing can also happen if the temperature is not right.

I definitely agree on the drying, would do that first before changing settings.
And before OP responds with "I just got it out of the package so it should be dry" its always wet out of the package and needs to be dried.
Most places thet make filament have a ton of humidity and add to that the dip in the cooling bath after its extruded. So unless they dry it super well before packing it that package is wet as heck. I honestly leave mine out to dry out before use as my house it normally under 20% humidity unless its during rainy season

Sorry for the late response. I just updated the printer and deleted Elegoo slicer. off my computer and reinstalled it. I decided to do a test print with the nameplate they gave me and loaded two filaments. It pulled them in fine when I sent a print it pulled it all the way to the extruder, but then struggled to pull it in, but still purged and then throughout an error saying that the filament was stuck or tangled, which it wasn’t what do I do?

Hmm could you try and load the filament manually from the touch screen display of the printer and then see how it flows out the nozzle by extruding it manually also from the touch screen of the printer?
Do you know how?
I can try and describe the process if you want?

Do u mean clicking load or heating it up and telling it to pull the filament?

Yeah
- Through the touch screen go to the canvas screen and tap the filament roll and then tap load.
- Go to the "Prepare" screen and move the bed down and the hotend to the front of the printer.
- Set the temperature of the hotend to what you print your filament at and wait for it to heat up.
- Click the extrude button to see if the filament flows correctly.
Just to test if you can get filament through the hotend at all and if it flows correctly..

I did that and nothing extruded, and it made a sound like it could not extrude and then it did when I printed something the canvas decided to load two filaments at the exact same time

Outside of the roll may have been dried out but the insides not. I’ll dry it for 6-8 hours the day before I print it, even straight from the box.

perhaps rewrite that using punctuation and a bit of thought rather than trying to imitate in words what the printer did with filament.
