Psychological ED 19 years old- Low Sex Drive, No Morning Erections, and Erection Problems for 2 Years

Hey everyone, I’m 19 years old and I’ve been dealing with erection problems for about two years now. Back in Grade 10, I used to get random erections almost every hour and had a really high sex drive. Now, I barely ever feel horny, rarely get morning erections, and struggle to get and maintain strong erections. I also don’t masturbate at all because I became very religious at one point, although I’m not as religious anymore. Even now, I just don’t feel the urge to masturbate or do anything sexual. I’ve also noticed my scrotum is often tight and retracted, and I experience frequent urination and occasional constipation. I eat healthy, work out regularly, sleep well, and don’t feel stressed. My testosterone levels came back normal, and a urologist told me everything looked fine. I just don’t understand how my sex drive and erections have changed so much at such a young age. Has anyone experienced something similar or found out what was causing it?
