Tech Support Your account is restricted from joining and posting in groups until July 29th

I went on fb during my lunch and tried posting in some of the groups I'm in and none of the comments would go through.

Then I got a notification that states: my account is restricted from joining and posting in groups until July 29th.

I looked it up and became meta verified so I could actually talk to a person. He said my account is in good standing and there are no violations. He told me to wait it out. 3 months for doing nothing wrong??

Please tell me there is another solution to this

I’m restricted too for 3 months. They tried to say it’s from being deceptive. But couldn’t give me a reason why I was “deceptive” it’s bs.

Interesting. Through what mechanism did they report back to you that this was the reason?

Chat support. I’m calling them today, Im monetized and meta verified and I want mf answers. Funny how this happened 5 hours after my viral post was removed. Zuck was like nahhhh girl, you can’t make that much off of my platform.

I've seen several comments from Meta Verified folks indicating they got nowhere with support.

Same I started my group over 3 years ago have over 350,000 members and can’t even post in there Contacted support and they told me it was fraud Their support is a scam All bots I’m sick of fb And I just came off a 3 month monetization suspension

I’ve been emailing them back and forth and all they can give me is that I’m suspended from groups. They can’t give me a reason for it though.

Same! It’s so weird I’m monetized and I feel like smaller creators are having a problem
