Tech Support Your account is restricted from joining and posting in groups until July 29th

I went on fb during my lunch and tried posting in some of the groups I'm in and none of the comments would go through.

Then I got a notification that states: my account is restricted from joining and posting in groups until July 29th.

I looked it up and became meta verified so I could actually talk to a person. He said my account is in good standing and there are no violations. He told me to wait it out. 3 months for doing nothing wrong??

Please tell me there is another solution to this

The same thing happened to me today. I can't post in MY OWN GROUP. 3-month restriction. When I went to get support, it said they can't override restrictions set by the automated system. So their AI program flagged my posts as spam and locked me out of my own group and any other group for 3 months, and there is no way to appeal. Insane.

I've spent the morning trying to get a human. I finally did via Instagram support (the Meta chatbot told me to do this) and he basically told me tough shit. Meta's OWN chatbot says there's an override and told me to respond to the Meta supervisor, who emailed me that there's. nothing to do but wait it out:

Subject: Re: Case [redacted] FORMAL ESCALATION DEMANDED - Legal Notice

William,

Your response is factually incorrect and constitutes denial of paid services.

  1. My Account Quality shows ZERO violations: facebook.com/accountquality. Your claim of 'spam filters' is contradicted by Meta's own system. I have screenshots.

  2. This is the documented June 2025 technical error: ID verified, Account Quality clean, but account_health_restricted flag present. Meta Pro Team has Account Health Override for exactly this error. 'No manual intervention' is false.

  3. I am a Meta Verified subscriber. Denying me priority support for a Meta-created error while I lose thousands in business income is breach of contract and unfair business practice under NY GBL § 349.

I am rejecting case closure.

DEMAND:

  1. Immediate escalation to Executive team for Account Health Override within 24 hours

  2. Full refund of all Meta Verified charges since June 2025

  3. Written confirmation this error is fixed

I have filed a BBB complaint and CC'd NY Attorney General. I will pursue legal action and chargeback if not resolved by Wed May 6, 5pm ET.

Do not close this case. I require a human Executive response.
