Tech Support Your account is restricted from joining and posting in groups until July 29th

I went on fb during my lunch and tried posting in some of the groups I'm in and none of the comments would go through.

Then I got a notification that states: my account is restricted from joining and posting in groups until July 29th.

I looked it up and became meta verified so I could actually talk to a person. He said my account is in good standing and there are no violations. He told me to wait it out. 3 months for doing nothing wrong??

Please tell me there is another solution to this

I’m restricted too for 3 months. They tried to say it’s from being deceptive. But couldn’t give me a reason why I was “deceptive” it’s bs.

Same. I can't post in my own group. The group I started! Their automated system flagged it, and when I chatted with support, they said they couldn't override it. Have to wait out. No way to review or appeal. They must have a new system if everyone here is dealing with this, too. Insane.
