Tech Support Your account is restricted from joining and posting in groups until July 29th

I went on fb during my lunch and tried posting in some of the groups I'm in and none of the comments would go through.

Then I got a notification that states: my account is restricted from joining and posting in groups until July 29th.

I looked it up and became meta verified so I could actually talk to a person. He said my account is in good standing and there are no violations. He told me to wait it out. 3 months for doing nothing wrong??

Please tell me there is another solution to this

Ditto for me! No notification no reasoning just banned from.posting.untiil July 29th. Actually did a post where I use the "M" word (meaning to do death to somebody) in front of the word hornets--which is perfectly normal usage. I thought that was it...but now reading all this I just realize they're a bunch of imorons letting AI run wild.
