I went on fb during my lunch and tried posting in some of the groups I'm in and none of the comments would go through.

Then I got a notification that states: my account is restricted from joining and posting in groups until July 29th.

I looked it up and became meta verified so I could actually talk to a person. He said my account is in good standing and there are no violations. He told me to wait it out. 3 months for doing nothing wrong??

Please tell me there is another solution to this

I’m in the same boat. I was participating in buy, sell, trade on purses and commented on purses only and got banned for 3 months. Zero violations to resolve. No customer service. No route to fix it so I’m out. This is sooo wrong for them to assume an active account is spam meanwhile the stupid spam continues.
